职位描述：
Job Responsibility：
- Support region plant to implement HSEQ management system and procedures to ensure its effectiveness, support and guide plant HSEQ personnel for HSEQ programs and issues;
-Support region plant to Plan, lead and organize HSEQ programs/campaigns , follow up its implementation to ensure its quality and effectiveness thus to improve AL China HSE performance and foster strong safety culture;
-Follow up, analyze and propose action plans for the implementation of annual HSE plan for all subsidiaries in region, and facility score, etc. Collect and consolidate HSE inspection findings from regional HSE team, analyze and propose action plans for improvements;
-Maintain and monitor Environmental Management System (EMS) for regional facilities;
-support region plan to do incident/accident/near miss analysis and propose improvement action plans and follow up;
-Support project manager to acquire the administrative permits for new project according to laws and regulations in assigned region;
-Support facility manager to obtain the mandatory permits which could contain SPP, IPP etc, and keep these permits valid;
-Collect the new regulations and identify the gaps, share with the relevant department, monitor the implementation of regulatory process in assigned region;
-Be in charge of coordinating the interface between Air Liquide and local authorities;
-Act as the plant safety engineer in regional plant and implement plant safety engineer role as safety production law requirement;
-Attend the routine meeting and communicate with customer according to customer’s requirement.
 
Job Requirement:
-Bachelor’s degree or above
-Over 5 years relevant working experiences in HSE , Regulation Compliance or project management in a multinational company, experience in mega chemical project is preferred. The work seniority limit is elastic if the candidate have some strong point in some relevant experiences
-Excellent communication and coordination abilities and able to effectively interface with internal and external stakeholders
-Get the certification of Certified safety engineer (CSE)
-Good English skill both in written and reading
-Willing to travel in the region and work under pressure
-Working initiative, result Orientation and good team player
-Good Skills of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 举报 分享
