岗位职责：

Job Description:

1. Responsible for providing HSE related training and supervising all QC activities to ensure the compliance to requirements of Alb HSE policies, procedures and standards.

2. Responsible for providing operation training to ensure QC Technicians can follow QC SOPs strictly.

3. Ensure QC instruments are calibrated, used and maintained in compliance to QC SOPs and China regulations.

4. Responsible for leading team to do routine sample (packing material, raw material, intermediate product, formulated product, packaged product) analysis/inspection, test result review and provide report/COA as per schedule (without delay) in compliance with applicable SOPs.

5. Responsible for QC records (raw data), summary data statistical analysis and management.

6. Responsible for the communication and coordination of daily QC activities with related departments at site.

7. Take part in activities for vendor audit/qualification and product failure investigation (RCA), and lead team to follow up corrective and preventive actions.

8. Lead team to use and manage chemicals (reagent, retention sample, gas in cylinder, etc.), spare parts and other consumables properly in the lab.

9. Leading team to provide support on method verification/validation and data collection for MSA (gage R&R).

   Knowledge/Experience/Skills Needed

   任职要求：

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，化学化工、应用化学、分析化验等相关专业。

   Bachelor degree or above education background, majoring in chemical engineering, application chemicals，Lab Analysis or related.

2. 五年以上精细化工、石油化工、冶金、新能源或新材料生产企业的品质管理工作经验。

   Above five years QA experience in special chemicals, petro-chemicals, metallurgy, new energy or materials manufacturing business.

3. 掌握常规检验方法及HPLC、GC、紫外分光光度计等常用仪器设备的操作和维护，熟悉实验室日常管理工作、产品检验标准和产品检验相关知识。

   Good command of regular analyzing methodology and the related lab instruments operations, such as HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer and etc. Experienced in lab operations, products analysis standards and knowledgeable.

4. 熟练使用MS office办公软件（Office、Excel、PPT等）。

   Proficient in MS Office (Office, Excel, PPT and etc.)

5. 英文阅读能力较好，英语口语能简单交流。有领导团队经验。

   Good written English with basic oral communication. Team leading experience.
