Position Purpose
职位目标/内容
Represent Company sales products. Develop customer relationship, and execute right SKU according to Picture of Success. Checking customer data accuracy.
努力开发客户,销售公司产品,按成功图像建议正确的SKU的建议订单,发展客户关系,检查客户资料准确性
Key Duties / Responsibilities
主要职责
1.Know the target customer need through communication on phone; based on customer history sales record making order generation, transform the promotion to customer and find sales opportunities to finish sales target
通过电话沟通了解目标客户需求,根据客户的销售数据记录进行建议订单,并及时将公司的促销活动通知客户,寻找销售机会并完成销售业绩
2.Call customers according to planned phone lists and make tel-sell sales.
按照规划好的电话拜访清单给客户打电话,进行电话销售
3.Keep customer relationship, follow up product delivery, providing them with good service
维护客户关系,跟进送货情况,为客户提供优质服务
4.Utilize history sales records to make order generation(replenishment orders + promotion + new SKU) based on POS
利用客户历史销售记录进行建议订单(补货订单+促销+新增SKU),基与POS
5.Through telephone communication, enhance brand and package availability based on company channel POS. Especially focus on major and new SKU
根据公司制定的渠道成功图像,通过与客户的电话沟通,提高品牌、包装的铺货率,突出重点包装和客户尚未售卖的SKU;
6. Record the customer major info for order generation (such as available call time customer prefer, when owner at outlet etc,.)
记录有助于订单的客户的重点信息(如:客户喜好的电话拜访时间,订货人在店的时间等)
7.Record tell-sell info earnestly, collect tel-sell skill and cautions, improve tel-sell strike rate
认真做好电话销售的记录,记录并整理电话销售技巧及注意事项,提高电话销售拜访成功率
8.Inform customers of next week’s visiting time
告知客户下周业代拜访时间
9.Understand customer info accuracy, notice SR&CSS to update the wrong info
通过打电话,及时了解客户信息的准确率与真实性,对于错误的客户资料信息,及时通知业代及CSS部门,进行资料的更新
10.Conclude daily tel-sell sales records and major info, communicate with SRs and SSs to improve service
每天总结当日电话销售情况及记录重要信息,及时与业务代表及主任进行沟通,以提高客户服务水平

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications
职位相关要求/资格
1.Education: high school or above
教育程度: 高中或以上学历
2.Experience : tell-Sales experience is preferred, pass Sales Rep Driving License Test
资历经验:有电话销售经验者优先,已通过业代行驶证考核
3.Capability: Account develops.
专业技能:客户发展
4.Others: Advanced linguistic ability.
