Responsibilities:

This position will work in Electronics & Systems Integration Business Unit- China Quality & Product Support Team for E&E systems and sub-systems validation activities at Caterpillar test facilities and customer field test sites within China before production.

Work with E&SI engineers to gather requirements, develop and document test plans, coordinate components installations / instrumentation setup and other test activities, conduct data acquisition & analysis, document results in formal and informal reports.
-Will work with E&SI engineers to support facilities for E&E systems and sub-systems, gather quality data.
- Will work with dealer to provide product support after production.
- Associate engineer must continuously learn E&E systems in technology and product application to fully understand customer needs in order to provide technical solution and product validation.




Required Qualifications:



BS/MS in Electronic & Electric Engineering, other engineering discipline is acceptable if strong E&E aptitude or previous experience is demonstrated.
-Design, analysis or test experiences related to machine E&E systems and components development.
-Ability to effectively communicate in English in work environment.
-Strong initiative, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
-Good communication, teamwork, cross functional working experience, competency & skills
-Communication skills and be able to lead people through various problem solving process.
Desirable Qualifications:

Technical knowledge of machine E&E system or associated subsystems. Hand on E&E experience with automobiles or machinery.
-Strong verbal communication skill with all levels personnel-technicians, engineers, dealers and facilities.
-Previous experience in automotive or machine design/validation.
