Quality Engineer_CXL_Xuzhou_ 1200018P

Responsibilities:

1. Identify Quality issues and analyze the root cause
2. Disposition of the non-conformance parts including repair, scrap, return or claim from suppliers
3. Provide technical support to logistics and custom clearance
4. Coordinate suppliers with CXL or CPPX about quality issues and consult the best way to handle the issues.
5. Assess supplier with monthly performance.
6. Work with suppliers together to improve Supplier performance.
7. Issue NOD Report to source plants weekly.
8. Claim replacements to meet the demand of production schedule.
9. Charge the repair expenditure to Suppliers.
10. Daily check the non-conformance parts in AG33.
11. Work with related person to deal with the non-conformance parts.
12. Summarize the Quality issues happened and communicate with source plants.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree on mechanical engineering or equivalent experience, preferably with experience in Assembly & operation processing;
2. Requires the ability to read & interpret Engineering Drawings, Specification Charts; Requires good English skill for speaking and writing as well as good computer skills;
3. Requires good communication skills with oversea source plants. Must be able to effectively work with all levels of personnel both inside and outside the company.
4. The second language (Japanese) is preferred.
