Job_description_responsibilities:

1. Support team lead on communications, for example, organize "we are listening" sessions and provide feedback on a timely basis, produce posters and communication letters, organize all employee meetings, etc.
2. Support employee relations and/or social responsibility related initiatives.
3. Responsible for employee records update in various systems or databases and ensure updates are on a timely manner with absolute accuracy.
4. Support payroll process and calculate new salary upon receiving Performance Summaries or Personnel Change Forms. Ensure data entered by managers is accurate before processing. Follow up closely with reviewers on timely submission of these documents to avoid unnecessary retroactive arrangement or back payment.
5. Support various Human Services administration activities, file management, ISE support, etc.
6. Provide administrative assistant function support, e.g., receiving guests, set up itinerary and provide logistics support. Arranging for back up when required.
7. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the team leader or supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

1. The ideal incumbent should be a college graduate or equivalent degree holder.
2. Language and communications skills are of high importance to this position.
3. High proficiency in English & good writing skills is required.
4. The incumbent is expected to be discreet, diligent, proactive, and able to keep confidential information.
5. Good knowledge of the PC applications is a must.
