JOB DUTIES:

This position is required to work with Europe technical team, GP Asia and supplier on localization of sheet metal and non-metallic parts. The position is also required to work on low cost design, to prepare and release engineering drawings. Collaborating OE&I team, Marketing team and cab team of Europe on new development of local components of operator station, giving technical support on assembly line are also part of responsibility of this position.

Required Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 5 years design experience with Pro/E Sheet Metal and Surface applications on heavy equipment or machines
• Rich knowledge of Material spec, manufacture process of Sheet metal and non-metallic parts.
• Fluid in English on both spoken and written.
• Experience working with supplier, customers
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good personal communication skills.
• Must be a self-motivated team player.

Desired Qualifications:

· Additional work experience on other areas of machine design – heavy structures and welding constructions

· Additional work experience on other area of machine design - Cab design experience, ergonomic knowledge

· Familiar with supplier development, have CPPD experience with assembly purchase, and supplier.
