JOB DUTIES:

This position is required to work with Europe technical team, GP Asia and supplier on localization of heavy structure. The position is also required to work on design update for localization, to design low cost structure, to prepare and release engineering drawings. Giving technical support on assembly line is also part of responsibility of this position.

Required Qualifications:

1. BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering
2. Min 5 years design experience on hex structure or other earthmoving machine with Pro/E application.
3. Rich knowledge of Material spec and weld spec.
4. Fluid in English on both spoken and written.
5. Experience working with supplier, customers
6. Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

7. Good personal communication skills.

8. Must be a self-motivated team player.

Desired Qualifications:

1. Additional work experience on other areas of machine design – Light Fabrication, Plastic or Cab.
2. Familiar with supplier development, have CPPD experience with assembly purchase, and supplier.
