Description

1. Implement common business process to manage all activities in warehouse: receiving, storage, issuance, packing, dispatching, cycle count and physical inventory.
2. Responsible for loading/unloading of all goods.
3. Responsible for inventory accuracy, monitor and report the inventory variances.
4. Check daily Scheduled Receipts, supply right materials to storage in correct quantity and timely, establish materials supply routes.
5. Optimize storage utilization, design of warehouse layout, racks, and material flow, and ensure FIFO and 5S to be implemented.
6. Ensure holding and scrap materials to be isolated and blocked strictly in warehouse. To prevent unqualified products be delivered to customer.
7. Review warehouse standard operation process and working instructions regularly, optimize and update it if necessary.
8. Provide reports and statistics base on daily, weekly and monthly.
9. Ensures inventory daily count through well scheduled counting and checks.
10.Ensures all the inventory related inputs into SAP timely
11. Warehouse safety
12. Make sure the material and the finished goods are sorted and placed on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
13. Implementation of visual management.
14. Manages and coordinates daily activities of workers.
15.Subordinates management and training. New candidate select.
16. Special assignments as required by manager.

Qualifications


1.College diploma or above
2.Minimum 5 years working experience in warehouse management.
3.Good command of English and PC skills
4.Be familiar with SAP system
5.Strong planning /organizing/analysis/couching skill
6. Strong interpersonal communication skills and leadership
