Description
Primary responsibility is to provide support for quality initiatives in facility operations, supplier quality, and materials technology. Position will ensure conformity to global quality processes defined in the Caterpillar Quality Management System (QMS), day to day management of quality resources, and ensure resources are trained and competent.
Qualifications

The position requires knowledge of various engineering, manufacturing and/or maintenance standards and practices and various Caterpillar systems. The ability to utilize a variety of computer software packages is also necessary. The position typically requires a college or university degree or equivalent experience. In addition, three to five years of job-related experience are typically required. Good human relations skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the department.
