Xuzhou Bafang Safety Device Co.Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Bafang) is a joint venture high-tech enterprise with Zook Ltd established, and relying on China University of Mining and Technology, Henan University, Zhengzhou University, research and development for China's national conditions, the market share of the dominant product. Bafang is the only company to produce large-size (diameter of more than 4 meters) rupture disc manufacturers. Primarily serving the petroleum, chemical, power, pharmaceutical, aerospace and other industries.

Bafang was founded in 1956, formerly known as Jiangsu Bayi machinery factory. 2002 restructuring joint venture in Xuzhou Safety Device Co.Ltd. It specializing in the development and production of pressure relief product. Bafang had got China special equipment manufacturing license.
