岗位概要: Key Performance Area



· To serve as food Regulatory expert for China region and to represent GMI interests with GC Regulators and External Trade bodies.

· Work with plants QRO, HD QRO and different business units to ensure regulatory compliance of that all operations.

· To ensure regulation compliance of all GMI products’ Specification and Labels



基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility



· Regulatory Guidance: Provide central regulatory guidance and advice on all innovation, renovation and communication projects

· Food Law compliance: work with key stakeholders to develop and implement guidance for R&D, QRO and marketing teams ensuring consistent compliance with food law and GMI internal policies.

· Manage key regulatory issues and engage key stakeholders to develop General Mill positions on key hot topics

· Monitor & influence developing legislation of relevance to GM portfolio e.g. contaminants, pathogen, health claims, food labeling legislation, additives etc.

· Appropriately safeguard the reputation of the business and support local market responses to compliance inquiries and complaints

· Establish and maintain a strong library of legislation and appropriate guidance notes pertinent to Product portfolio

· Develop and implement regulatory training courses for the business.

· Act as key contact window with the national industrial associations such as CIFST/CNFIA/CABCI and local associations.

· GMI China products’ specification and label management to ensure their regulation compliance

· Work closely with GM global regulatory team, act as key contact window with global regulatory committee.

· Strong leadership capability and rich regulatory management experience;

· Diligent, principled, responsible, honest;

· Good communication skill and good time management;

· With ability to tackle challenges and changes;

· Be able to work under great pressure and work overtime;

· University education, major in Food Science, Food Processing & Technology, Microbiology or Biological Chemistry
