职位描述：

Responsibilities:

- Maintenance and active enhancement of Device Connection quality management system based on ISO 9001 and in dependence on TS16949.

- Advanced quality planning

- Implementation of efficient quality gates and quality documents.

- Execution of process audits along the DC process chains and at internal supplier’s processes.

- Organize internal nonconforming articles/parts analysis and handling.

- Organize internal analysis and handling for the local Device Connection articles’ customer complaints, and offer necessary support for imported Device Connection articles’ complaints between Customer Complaints Management in Nanjing and Phoenix Contact Germany.

- Gathering quality KPIs, initiating necessary continuous improvement measurements, using necessary quality tools, such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, PPA etc., taking zero defect as an eternal goal.

- Close cooperation with Phoenix Contact Germany for projects, complaints, CIP, 6 sigma, zero defect strategy, and audits, etc..

Requirements:

A) Technical skills

- Engineering studies and at least 5 years job quality management experience.

- Quality control work experience and / or Supplier Quality Management experience in automotive industry / electrical industry is preferred.

- Experience in international business (e.g. US, Europe, Japan).

- Experienced in ISO 9001 alternative VDA 6.3 (TQM).

- Well experienced in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, PPA etc.

- Good consciousness in 6 Sigma, zero defect, and CIP.

- Fluent oral and written English.

B) Personal skills

- Proactive, self-motivated, assertive; can work under pressure.

- Good communication and coordination ability.

- Good planning and controlling ability.

- Willingness for domestic business trips, occasionally international business trips.
