Job Description:
1. Follow up weekly/monthly report of supplier quality performance.
2. Follow up supplier problem solving and improvement actions, train and help supplier to improve performance.
3. Conduct new supplier quality system and capability audit together with Quality Dept.
4. Involve Sourcing project for FAI , Pilot run.
5. Take care of Global Sourcing dept for ISO9001 and 13485 Quality Requirement.
6. Maintain and Optimize all GS related process and Procedure.

Job Requirement:
1. Education Bachelor degree with a major in engineering or equivalent work experience (required).
2. Experience 4 years of quality management and supplier quality engineer experience (required),
3. Good communication skill and team work spirit.
4. Good personal computer skills(Word, Excel, Power point etc)
5. Technical Skill High level of analytical ability to assess and resolve complex, technical problems by 5-why, 8-D problem solving tools, etc (required).
6. Be familiar with TS16949 system

Soft Skill
1. High level of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills (required);
2. Demonstrated ability to work independently (required).
3. Able to travel as required.
