1. Leading and distributing the electric workers to finish their work on time according to the project plan.

2. Taking part in the production work if needed in order to ensure every project schedule. For example, installation of the e-cabinet to the equipment; Leading the workers to work correctly; checking and solving the problem during the electric installation and so on.
(根据需要加入生产工作保障所有的项目计划顺利进行。例如:电气柜到设备的安装工作；引导员工进行正确作业；检查和解决电气安装过程中遇到的问题)
3. cooperating with the mechanical and tooling department work to ensure the mechanical and tooling department work moving on well.

4. to a new project, creating and ordering the part list in the PPS system, contacting with the supplier to ensure the electric parts can come on time, and arranging the electric work to ensure the electric work completely finished before delivery time.
