职位描述
Position: Xi’an Commercial Manager-Korean韩语
Report to: GM
Location: Xi’an
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as account manager in Xi’an CBZ area. In this capacity, the individual will have the commercial lead to interface with Samsung and other franchise customers in Xi’an as a primary role
2. Develop new opportunities closely working with major accounts and keeping relations with potential customers
3. Responsible for growth and new customer acquisition in Xi’an CBZ area. This incumbent will be responsible for actively making sales calls and secure sales contracts in a fast, effective and disciplined manner
4. Develop the commercial strategy for new opportunities by coordinating the various product line offerings into a cohesive customer proposal and by utilizing the right entity and tax policy that meets customer expectations most and maximizes the overall profitability of our offerings
5. Lead the role of asset management for existing and new project through communicating with GO, GEM and other relative organizations
6. Sustain close relationship with the key customers and insure Company is meeting their tonnage needs and to better understand how Company can continue to add value to their respective facilities/areas
7. Maintaining profits of Electronics tonnage account by monitoring and managing accounts receivables
8. Accountability for improving the tonnage franchise consistent with the operating plan
Qualifications:
9. 5+ year experience in Commercial/sales experiences of gas industry via previous onsite role, field sales, Product Management, or other relevant experience
10. Technical experience or knowledge of onsite plant business offerings
11. Financial background of capital related projects (ie IRR, NPV, OROI) with the ability to quickly screen through multiple potential project offerings and opportunities
12. Good understanding of the Semiconductor/Electronics industry
13. Understanding business environment in Xi’an, especially working style with Korea customers
14. Excellence in inter-personal communication
15. Language skills : Good communication skills of English, Chinese and Korean language
