岗位职责：
1、负责公司来访客户的接待登记，并与相关部门进行来访信息的沟通；
2、接转公司电话，会议室预定及管理；
3、收发公司邮件、报刊、和物品，并做好登记管理以及转递工作；
4、及时登记公司文具库；
5、办公楼门禁系统的管理、数据维护及LED显示屏的维护；
6、领导交办的其他工作。


岗位要求：
1、女，形象气质佳，年龄25—30岁；
2、大专及以上学历，英语等相关专业；
3、较强的服务意识，熟练操作办公软件；
4、普通话准确流利；有基本的英语沟通能力；
5、具备良好的协调能力、沟通能力，有责任心；
6、有前台、行政管理等相关经验者优先。
