JOB Description：
1.Make new designs of components and subassemblies to develop compressors and generators, based on the requirements from the target markets.
2.Lead the project team to realize the product development from prototype phase to series production.
3.Continuous quality improvement of all current products, combined with cost reduction activities.
4.Have thorough interaction with the other design centers in the AC Group, use the same and agreed design & development process and development tools.

Requirements/Qualifications：
1.Min.3-year experience on compressor, generator or other industry machine development function.
2.Bachelor or master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermodynamics, Compressors, Cryogenics or other engineering majors.
3.Profound knowledge in component design and development, such as sheet metal, piping, flexible hose and willing to learn in technical area.
4.Good knowledge of engine building in principles, such as cooling system, engine mounting, fuel system, air filter, coupling , and electrical system.
5.Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing.
6.Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with Lotus Notes, CAD tools and MRP systems is an asset.
7.You are a positive thinking, open minded teamplayer with a strong interest to work in an international company. You are able to work independently and take initiative to
learn. You are a good communicator and able to convince others to contribute to the realization of your projects. You see a challenge in every obstacle.
8.Project management experience is an asset.
