职位描述
Be recognized by the customer as the main point-of-contact to resolve issue. Day to day point of contact and acknowledge for order and demand timely. Provide leadership on all order-related matters and serves as a resource for all order related question.
1. Evaluates existing order backlogs, expected future order activity and current facility operations constraints, identifies priorities for orders from customers, provide order acknowledge timely and develop shipment plan with appropriate transit way to achieve expected customer service and logistic cost target.
2. Assures orders are technically correct, maintains related systems to verify that orders are entered without grief and are considered complete and correct for manufacturing purposes.
3. Leads any initiative necessary to resolve demand and other customer requests outside the scope normally covered within the S&OP process or the principles Customer Common Goals agreement mentioned. Calculates and communicates order change charges to customer.
4. Attends customer S&OP meeting, gathers demand forecasts and provides analyze of the forecast to improve forecast accuracy.
5. Is responsible for the integrity and consistency of all order-related databases, submit report as request, documents actions and follows up as necessary.
6. Initiative continual improvement.
7. Other requests from leaders.
Completion of the Cat U Order-to-Delivery, Supply Chain Core and CPS Team Member Training
· Completion of CPS Yellow Belt, Yellow Belt + and Green Belt Training
· CPS Functional Job Role Qualified
· APICS CPIM or CSPC National Certification highly desired
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
