Job Summary
Will work as member of Project Engineering team to increase efficiencies and drive improvement.
Be responsible for documentation and data stats/collection and report update related to facility level metrics. Assist with CPS & BIQ deployment & implementation such as capacity, layout, and new technology development etc. And develop coordinating work with related departments. Candidate should be interested in career advancement in manufacturing engineering/operations.

Job Description
1. Assist with CPS & BIQ deployment and material flow design, future layout, Cycle Time reduction and other continuous improvement projects.
2. Be responsible for the management and maintenance of department related system, documents, and other records.
3. Support to edit Standard work, Pinpoint and flow chart etc. department related documents.
4. Monthly coordinate to update facility metrics board.
5. Support to complete reports related.
6. Other operation tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirement
1. Integrity, good communication, strong consciousness at commitment and teamwork.
2. Bachelor degree, mechanical or related major.
3. Basic English skill in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
4. Good computer skill, familiar with CAD & MS office software, such as Word, Excel & Powerpoint etc.
5. Be passionate & proactive;
6. Be willing to work at shop floor;
7. Be resilient.
