职位描述
District Manager-Drilling System
Location: Shanghai
Responsibility:
? Regional Sales and Marketing focus
? Identifying and analysing markets and business opportunities
? Follow up and close out of customer performance concerns
? Lost order close out and development of strategies to prevent repeat
? Identifying opportunities to increase profitability
? Solid customer relations and understanding of Customer business drivers
? Knowledge of Competitor capability and Market activity
? Recruiting and developing talent to ensure a solid succession planning methodology is in place
? Responsible for establishing sales objectives and developing sales forecasts
? Point of contact for problem resolution with customers, works with customer focal points to ensure the products are aligned to customer’s Technical and life of field performance needs
? Develop business plans and strategies including presentations detailing market analysis, product alignment/development, target pricing and project P&L.
? Provide regular market updates and reports and interface with all departments to ensure best value delivered to Customer, Company and Shareholders
? Managing the full sales cycle from customer relationship development, specification alignment, on time delivery of quality products and services to collecting cash as an important element to a healthy company balance sheet that enables continued investment in products, people and facilities.
? Promote the Products and Service to the allocated customer base in order to increase our current Market Share
Qualifications/Education and Knowledge Requirements
? Bachelor in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering
? 5 years managerial sales experience
? Solid business network within the industry
? Product knowledge of Drilling equipment
? Very good Business-Financial knowledge
? experienced and ‘seasoned’ in the area of sales within the shipyard industry
? Very good English and Mandarin.
