Responsibilities：

1, Analysis and solve quality problems and machine failures during the production process

2, Monitor and control the electronic production process

3, Regular maintenance of electronic production line according to plan

4, Fix troubles and breakdown during the production process

5, Create and formalize process through instructions for smooth operation

6, Optimize SMT programs

7, Instruct and train operators to follow the right process and operation

8, Collect and analysis production control data to optimize manufacture

9, Evaluate and advise appropriate machine process to achieve best quality level

10, Assess various material properties to ensure conformance to part performance and function

11, Design necessary fixtures and tools for unbroken manufacturing as necessary

12, Implement productivity actions to improve the production and quality objectives

13, Coordinate with other department if necessary

14, Take measure to secure healthy, Civilized & safety working environmental

Requirements:

1, Bachelor or above, majored in automation or related

2, minimum 3 years’ experience in SMT machine

3, Good command of English
