Quality Engineer

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
This position is responsible for taking accountability of coordinating on PIQ (Partners in Quality) information with all dealers, APD Service group, CCI Service Engineers and Design people, analyzing the failure description, investigating the root causes through working closely with related areas, inside CXL, or outside sources. Follows up the corrective actions against the failures and monitors its effectiveness to maintain and improve CXL product quality and performance meeting Customer expectations.

This position is also required to communicate with APD Service group, CCI Service Engineers and related Design people, be responsible for participating in product quality related CPI (Continuous Product Improvement) projects to facilitate the improvement of product quality to reduce warranty cost. Keep management updated of any progress on CXL production related quality problems.

Qualifications
* 4-year degree in an engineering or manufacturing-related discipline (or equivalent)
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
* Thorough knowledge of relevant quality concepts, certifications, processes and tools
* Strong communications, collaboration and influencing skills
* Ability to work with diverse teams of employees and customers
* Advanced computer skills
* Excellent written and oral communications skills
