? Job Description:
?Provide NPI support for the product team. Present accurate product cost forecasts and capital estimates in the gateway reviews. Track product costs through the NPI Gateway 7. Manage capital forecast /approvals and program capital by product line (Hydraulics, OE&I, Powertrain)
?NPI Baseline cost establish/verification, cost forecast for gateway reviews, cost roll up for PD, Pilot and first production.
?Prepare and present accurate product cost forecast, capital estimates, and R&D Spend in all NPI gateway reviews.
?Monitor NPI & annual program capital forecast & actual
?Business analysis for RFI and Capital investment approval
?Coordinate with MBD/other partners for non-CCMC capital investment under ACSC control.
?PIA tracking
?Provide rollups and cost data on current product as needed.
?Monitor monthly end CO closing
?Standard cost calculation and building; maintain standard cost data and set up transfer price
Responsible for the variance analysis for standard cost, such as material usage variance, material rate variance, and BOM structure change etc. and provide weekly/monthly variance analysis report;
?Analyzing overhead and production order variance and feedback to operation department in time;
?Quarterly cost unit monitor report.
?Provide other costing report or analysis required.

Required Qualifications:

* 4 year Degree, preferably in accounting. Non-accounting degree requires a minimum of 18 hours accounting coursework
* Willingness to relocate and be mobile minded
* Excellent Initiative, Communication, Leadership and Interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications:

* 3 to 4 years accounting experience, preferable with a large public accounting firm or Fortune 500 company
* CPA or CMA (or International Equivalent)
* MBA or Masters in Accounting (or International Equivalent)
