2，能独立完成设计或制造任务。

徐州八方安全设备有限公司（一下简称八方公司）和美国祖克公司合资成立的高新技术企业，并依托中国矿业大学、河南科技大学、郑州大学研发适合中国国情、占有市场主导地位的产品。公司是国内唯一一家能够生产全系列安全泄压产品的公司,主要产品有：爆破片、防爆板、特种安全阀、呼吸阀、阻火器、紧急泄放阀，回转支承等。

八方公司是国内唯一可以生产大尺寸（直径超过4米）爆破片的厂家。主要服务于石油、化工、电力、医药、航天等产业。

八方公司始建于1956年，原名江苏八一机械修造厂。2002年改制合资成立徐州八方安全设备有限公司，专业从事安全附件的研制和生产。公司取得中华人民共和国特种设备制造许可证，拥有安全附件制造资质。经过半个多世纪的发展，公司已经初具规模，凝聚了批朝气蓬勃的教授、工程师等技术人才。

Xuzhou Bafang Safety Device Co.Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Bafang) is a joint venture high-tech enterprise with Zook Ltd established, and relying on China University of Mining and Technology, Henan University, Zhengzhou University, research and development for China's national conditions, the market share of the dominant product. Company is the only one capable of producing a full range of safety relief products company, main products are: bursting discs, explosion vents, special valves, breathing valves, flame arresters, emergency relief valves, slewing ring and so on.

Bafang is the only company to produce large-size (diameter of more than 4 meters) rupture disc manufacturers. Primarily serving the petroleum, chemical, power, pharmaceutical, aerospace and other industries.

Bafang was founded in 1956, formerly known as Jiangsu Bayi machinery factory. 2002 restructuring joint venture in Xuzhou Safety Device Co.Ltd. It specializing in the development and production of pressure relief product. Bafang had got China special equipment manufacturing license.
