JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for facility performance levels to corporate targets for facility logistics solution optimization and cost reduction.
Leads facility efforts to develop and implement the Plan for Every Part, Pull material Replenishment and improved
throughput efficiency.

JOB DUTIES:
· Develop package solutions for inbound and outbound material, which can protect the internal material, align the lot sizes
and container with the needs at point of use or transportation.
· Optimize the material flow from receive to point of use at production line through record current path for each part from
receipt to POU, simplify material flow where possible, identify the transportation method between each activity point,
review and update logistics cost.
· Reinforce the delivery plan for material to POU through replenishment type choice, the trigger mechanism setup between
scheduling and physical execution activities.
· Initiate function areas design for warehouse from receives to ship platform.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Experience and knowledge of lean concepts and tools.
· Knowledge of and / or experience deploying using 6Sigma Project Management principles.
· Must possess leadership skills to effectively lead supply chain improvements making the best use of available resources,
while maintaining strong people focus and fulfilling the responsibilities for leading people.
· Must possess strong collaborative, interpersonal and negotiation skills in order to drive common supply chain processes
across multiple departments within a business division
· Thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and solid product knowledge
· Must be able to design and deploy lean systems in a highly productive environment with minimal disruption to daily
requirements

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
· College or university degree
· Seven to ten years of progressively responsible Supply Chain Job experience
· A background in Supply Chain, Industry Engineering (IE), Manufacturing / Operations, Manufacturing Engineering,
Inventory Management, Material Requirements Planning, Demand Management and/or Logistics is highly desired.
· APICS CPIM or CSPC National Certification highly desired.
