JOB PURPOSE: To provide expertise in specific areas of the manufacturing process to ensure the most efficient and cost effective manufacture of product.

JOB DUTIES: This is a staff position which is expected to welding fixture field as a specialist. Specially be a expert at the pneumatic and cylinder working principle. Be familiar with the advanced mechanical system control method.

Actual work assignments may be welding fixture management, Major focus on repair direct and maintenance management. In charge of the fixture TPM, included the plan making, schedule implement, team organization. check the fixture condition on site ,and audit different grade TPM implement status are the daily working.

Adheres to establish and update the data pool and spare part list for the new fixture coming , including fixture list for every production, drawings, picture, maintenance plan and instruction, final inspection report and history issue list. As a director or a trouble shooter in front of the fixture issue.

This position encompasses support to the process engineer on fixture analysis and adjustment in Pilot.
Normally be typified as follows: evaluation, specification and acquisition of new or replacement welding fixture and tools; capital forecasting and estimate the correlation fixture that it relates to new product introduction, take part in the prime product capacity increases and focus on the fixture improvement and replacement, analyze tooling failures and evaluate tool characteristics and requirements; etc.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: University degree in a manufacturing engineering-related discipline;
? Be skilled on the CAD and Office application,
? Develop fabrication fixture experience is necessary
? Thorough knowledge of weldment manufacturing concepts;
? Minimum of 3-5 year of manufacturing engineering-related experience;
? Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Desired Qualifications:
? Major welding related or
? Prior experience working in fixture design.
? work on the steel structure welding or heavy industry fabrication environment.
? Ability to work with a diverse group of employees
