GL Accountant (Proficiency in Korean)

·Working Location: Changzhou /Shanghai

·Department: Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC)

·Report To: FSSC GL Manager

·Number of Vacancies: 3

Job Purpose:

·Process GL transactions in line with defined performance standards and individual/group targets;

·Deliver high level of customer service within the GL process area.

Key Responsibilities:

·Validate and book AP invoices and expense claim timely and accurately;

·Timely arrange AP payments in accordance with payment term and SSC procedure;

·Manage and control the master data including creation, modification and review in a timely and accurate manner;

·Generate general ledger vouchers and review journal entries made by other functions to ensure accuracy of accounting records;

·Arrange and monitor month-end closing tasks to ensure smooth and sufficient closing process within group deadline;

·Timely bind and archive GL vouchers and related reports; monitor archiving quality during the whole process;

·Responsible for the following GL reports in a timely and accurate manner:

·Conduct monthly BS meeting to fix monthly report and work out solutions for continuous improvement with clients; make meeting minutes to track progress;

·Actively participate in internal and external audits to provide required information timely and accurately;

·Support other team members from the SSC on achieving team and individual goals, ensuring that high level of customer service is maintained;

·Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.

·Actively participate in continuous improvement on process optimization and internal control level to improve customer service quality;

·Continuously improve professional skills and core competencies to meet company development requirement.

Qualification Requirements：

* Typical Education Level：

·Bachelor Degree and above in Accounting or Finance;

·Hold accounting certificate;

* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills：

·2+ year relevant work experience in MNC;

·Good knowledge of GL & accounting principles, activities and processes;

·Awareness of IFRS and local fiscal rules;

·Awareness of internal control principles and processes;

·Be familiar with ERP module;

·Proficient in Office software;

·Good Korean skill, good English is plus.

职位目的

·遵循已定义的标准操作流程和个人及集团目标处理应付款业务；

·确保应付账款业务领域高水平的客户服务。

主要职责

·及时准确地管理和控制以下主数据库包括创建、修改和审核：

·制作总账凭证，并审核相关会计人员提交的会计凭证，确保会计数据的准确性;

·安排并跟踪月末结账任务，在集团规定期限内及时高效地完成结账；

·及时装订和存档总账凭证和相关报告，并监督凭证存档的各环节质量；

·及时准确地提供总账报告：

·主持召开与客户的月度会议，并编制会议纪要；

·积极参与内部及外部审计，及时准确地提供所需信息；

·为达成团队和个人的目标，向其他团队成员提供支持，以保证高质量的客户服务；

·完成分配的其他任务或项目。

·积极参与财务共享中心的工作流程持续优化和内部控制持续加强，以提高客户服务质量；

·不断提高个人业务技能和主要能力素质，以符合公司发展要求。

任职要求

*教育背景：

·学士学位及以上，会计或财务专业；

·持有会计上岗证；

*相关经验技能：

·2年以上跨国企业相关工作经验；

·具有良好的总账知识，较好的理解会计原理和实际的操作；

·对IFRS及本地财政政策有一定的了解；

·对内部控制的原理和流程有一定的了解；

·熟悉ERP系统；

·熟练使用办公软件；

·优秀的韩语/朝鲜语技能，英语良好者优先考虑。
