Job Responsibilities:

1、Understand the European standards on wooden product and be familiar with the QC tools.

2、Be in charge of Quality Control in production process before shipment.

3、To conduct the final random inspection, and/or factory during production - online inspection and loading supervision as well as to prepare the inspection report.

4、Be able to work closely with suppliers on the products perfection in order to meet clients’ specific requirement.

5、 To conduct the necessary factory audit with appropriate set of audit documents.

6、Feed back the quality information to QA timely and support QA to prepare the quality files as well as to manage the suppliers. Also support the QA, with key quality documents amendments and updates under QA’s direct supervision: TIMs / Checklist and sometimes PSF – although the PSF’s creation, amendment and correctness clearly remain the purchaser’s direct responsibility.

7、 Other assignment required by the team leader

Qualification:

1、Over 2 year working experience in QC or QA, knowledge of wooden door, flooring or panel.

2、Be able to read CAD drawings

3、Knowledge of Autocad is preferable

4、Bachelor or above degree, preferable in Wood Engineering Science

5、Native Mandarin and average spoken and written English

6、Efficient, patient, good communication skills, team spirit, ready for travel.
