Main Responsibilities
- Establish quality testing policies and process.
- Work across functions to ensure that customer requirements are met and exceeded.
- Solve customer complaints using PDCA/FTA tools to lead to improvement in quality level.
- Manage and execute quality programs that lead to improvements in quality, cost and overall efficiency.
- Advise management on the overall quality standard of products.
- Manage internal and external audit according to customer and regularity requirements.
- Ensure that the company’s quality management system is a living system ready for audit anytime.
- Manage and trains all staff of quality assurance department.
- Responsible for identifying the environment factors for own department and area.
- Responsible for organizing the identification of environment factors for own department & area.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above with Engineering background or equivalent.
- 5+ years professional experience in Quality Assurance with at least 2 years in managerial position.
Automotive industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge in quality system and ISO/TS16949.
- Good knowledge of quality tools utilization such as SPC, DOE, PDCA, FTA, FMEA, 8D, etc.
- Fluent English both in oral and written；
