Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Order Management,
1. Timely handle the customers' orders, and pass the demand to production planning.
2. Ensure the right order information in SAP system and ensures material availability to the production schedule.
3. Closely working with customers and CCMC production system to ensure every order can be shipped on time and meet customers' requirement.
4. Shipment arrangement, inquiry, customer performance management.
5. Customer master data creation and maintenance, and selling price update (except ECN change).
- Demand manager,
1. Regular get the forecast from customers and analysis the demand, identify the demand change.
2. Demand (manual, interface and EDI) rules setting between customers and suppliers.
3. Regular provide the forecast to PP.
4. Demand performance management (forecast accuracy). Required Qualifications:

* Professional
* 80% English (write, read and speak)
* Experience in demand planning and inventory management (2-4 years)
* Knowledge of SAP, particularly in SD module, EDI, interface system.
* Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Excel
* Excellent communication / negotiation skills
* Work under pressure, results-focused
* Highly organized
* Proactive, self-starter


Desired Qualifications:

* 6 Sigma Green Belt
