RESPONSIBILITIES （职位描述）
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
1. Performing limited assignments of specific tasks focused on maintaining compliance and providing technical support to problem resolution.
2. The key role of this entry level position is learning and assisting to gain an understanding of Caterpillar’s business, systems and procedures; learning and developing skills which result from the practical application of basic scientific knowledge; and providing assistance to a project team or others in the work group.
3. Attention to detail is critical. Using readily available clear and direct references and providing straightforward solutions to problems.
4. Collecting and evaluating data and developing plans for assignments.
5. May be expected to have direct contact with other team members and suppliers.
6. Learning will focus on methods, processes and systems applied to the EHS discipline, practical application of theory, communications and building knowledge of Caterpillar’s methods, practices, and programs.

QUALIFICATIONS （任职资格）
1. Bachelor Degree or above, majored in Safety/Security or related
2. Fluent English in both Oral and Written required
3. 1- 3 years experience in EHS Functions preferred
