Take accountability for robot arc welding process and programming development, as well as continuous improvement to achieve quality and efficiency target
· Create and update SWES, PFMEA and Control plan to drive standard operation
· Take lead the welding issue analysis and workout solution to quickly support production
· Work very close with diverse and global team for NPI and source change project, develop new product validation plan and setup new process
· As owner to work out welding fixture solution and improvement from safety, quality, velocity and cost perspective. Also deep involve welding equipment and welding electrode daily work&issue.
Be responsible for completing WPQR and WPS base on CAT or ISO code

Qualifications：
Bachelor degree or above, major in welding or metallurgical
More than 3 years welding engineer working experience
Knowledge on welding and material theory. Experience in MAG welding process.
Ability for understanding engineering drawing, experience for welding machine operation like MAG and Sub-Arc machine, With ability to identify welding defect and resolve welding issue.
Hydraulic cylinder manufacturing experience and CWI is preferred. Experience on Robot welding is preferred.
English at CET4 equivalent or above; Good at read and writing; Fluent English speaking is preferred;
Proficient use of AUTOCAD, office common software, and the Control Plan, the PFMEA-related experience,
Strong team work spirit, hard working, constantly absorbing and learning new knowledge,
