Objective:
Fully responsible for material availability by the request date, using ERP or EDI system to release PO and follow up shipment, and have material inventory in suitable level, eliminate the slow moving parts and excess inventory, be coordinator to solve any block for material availability (supplier issue, transportation issue, import issue, quality issue, payment issue and so on…).

Main roles:
MRP message handling and disposal
JIT material planning/ Long lead time material planning
The definition of JIT material and long lead time material
Parameter setting for new material phase in and regular review
Lot size
Safety stock
Rounding value, and so on …..
The basic steps issue order to supplier
Purchase order greater/change
SA generate/changer
Return order generate / change and so on …….


Order confirmation process
Order shipping process and shipping plan generation
MRP exception disposal
Shortage highlight process
Excess highlight process
Weekly MRP review process
SDP(supplier delivery performance)/SSP(supplier shipping performance) calculation process
Logistic turn calculation process
Surplus material transfer process
RSSM (request to scrap surplus material) process

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
Requires over 3 years of experience in Planning, Scheduling, Inventory Control and/or Purchasing.
Be familiar with ERP operation ( SAP is preferred)
Well understanding for ERP concept and logic
Effective communication skills
Fluent English skill in Wring and Oral
