Job Summary

Independently accomplish design, modification, and improvement for the production equipment, tools, jigs.
Participate in the new equipment seletion, design; responsible for the installation, commissioning, acceptance of new equipment.
Develop equipment maintenance files, equipment FMEA, and related technical guidance documents; and train the maintenance technicians.
To develop equipment overhaul program; involve in the implementation.
To develop technical solutions for maintenance problems , and involved in the maintenance and improvement of equipment.
Summarize the maintenance experience , and make the maintenance, repair work standardized and documented.
Organize training to improve maintenance skill and security of the team.

Job Duties

Strictly comply all safety policy & PPE requirement and identify unsafe factors to avoid any injury.
Develop technical solutions for maintenance problems , and involve in the maintenance and improvement of equipment to make sure the prodution run smoothly.
Continue reduce the breakdown time and frequency, and improve the equipment efficiency.
Continue summarize the maintenance experience , and improve the working method and make the maintenance, repair work standardized and documented in order to improve maintenance efficiency and decrease maintenance cost.
Participate in the new equipment seletion, design; responsible for the installation, commissioning, acceptance of new equipment.
Develop equipment maintenance files, equipment FMEA, and related technical guidance documents; and train the maintenance technicians.
To develop equipment overhaul program; involve in the implementation.
Organize training to improve maintenance skill and security of the team.
Keep good communication with customer, earnestly listen to customer demands. Actively participate in teamwork and cross-department cooperation.

Job Qualifications

Be good at integrity, good communication skill, strong accountability and sense of urgency, with good teamwork.
At Least college or equal education background, major in mechanical and electrical integration or mechanical , electrical . Can read mechanical , hydraulic & pneumatic drawing and electrical drawing. Skilled in using Autocad for design.
Can be independently completed the renovation and design of the mechanical aspects of the device, in order to improve performance and efficiency.
Master maintenance method, with independent analysis and solution ability of the problem, at least 5 years experience in maintenance area.
With good English communication ability.
Skilled in Microsoft-office software using, such as: Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
