JOB PURPOSE:
This position is to develops the packaging plan and works with key groups to ensure materials & finished engines are presented properly.
JOB DUTIES:
This is a staff position, which is expected to function as a specialist on packaging processes for engine production.
Provide NPI support (returnable containers CPPD)
Develop packaging solutions to protect raw materials and finished engines
Design for transport efficiency
Develop local package logistics equipment suppliers
Validate new packaging and containers during pilot phase
Coordinate with assembly planning for line side storage and ergonomic considerations
Develop kitting packaging / Presentation
Validate returnable quantities through simulations
Resolve safety and/or quality issues caused by current packaging
Resolve issues reported by 3rd party logistics

ELIGIBILITY:
Undergraduate and above, logistic degree is preferred.
Good communication skill both in Chinese and English.
Excellent organization skill and time management skill.
Familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software.
