职位目的
Job Purpose:
Sanitary and Tiles QC performs QC inspections on products and reports to Sanitary QAs. He helps managing the technical quality across the in close cooperation with his QAs, with Sanitary Sourcing Manager and with Products Manager.

主要职责
Key Responsibilities:
1、Conduct all types of QC inspections on his products: Sanitary, Tiles but also sometimes hardware, some LBM and houseware, across the suppliers portfolio, this could include QC online inspection, QC Final Inspection (the most standard one), QC Loading inspection and monitor implementation of Mass Production QC Checks. With an honest, corrupt free and efficient working way.
2、Writes the QCFIRs and other technical reports of inspections.
3、Helps the QAs and purchasers assess and evaluate new products and writes related Samples Inspection Reports.
4、Work very closely with purchasers to develop new products and control their quality, participate actively at his own level in best practices transfers, helping factories developing their own internal Mass Production QC checks. The QC helps propagates and implement the CAPA methods.
5、Helps promoting SGBD EHS policy across the suppliers portfolio as well the implementation of SGBD New Responsible Purchasing policy.
6、If he has extensive knowledge on this, the QC could also conduct some suppliers assessment and factory audits.

教育背景
Education
(专业及学历/Major and degree)
Degree in ceramics, tiles and glass technologies – Chinese universities or abroad
English studies

工作经验
Experience
(行业、职位、时间等/Industry, position, period etc.)
At least 4 to 5 years professional- QC inspection experiences mandatory
Ideal would be experience within a European company

知识技能
Skill& Knowledge
(语言、证书等/Language and certification etc.)
Chinese native language, very good command in both oral and written English,
French would be a plus

Good communication and very good interpersonal skills, authority, expertise and professional attitude. Able to travel frequently 3 to 4 days per week out of the office. Good basic communication skills. Very honest and trustworthy attitude and mind set
