Implement sourcing strategy in order to bring the best value in terms of lead time, delivery performance, quality and total cost of ownership.

- Supply base management, commercial negotiation and identification of new potentials.

- Interface with the R&D and promote sourcing activities in scope.

- Category management and spend analysis

- Qualify supplier as per agreed audit plan and close subsequent management action plan

- Cost analysis and RFI, RFQ, PPAP, etc.

- Localization project management and supplier pool optimization

- Contract Negotiation in terms of prices and terms with the suppliers

- Review supplier performance on a regular base. Define and follow-up on improvements

- Supply base management including risk mitigation and supplier improvement programs.
