Key duties:
1.Work as a business partner to improve policy and procedure of core business processes;
2.Work proactively with business owners to ensure operational compliance and efficiency;
3.Coordinate the internal control self-assessment project, such as SOX and COSO;
4.Monitor internal controls to be designed and implemented properly by following up the remediation status of audit findings;
5.Implement special case audit to identify misconduct. 2.Big 4 accounting firms working experience preferred;
3.Good exposure to internal audit/control projects.

Working experience:
1.Over 6-year MNC working experience in Finance Accounting or Audit;

Skill sets:
1.Good project/team management experience;
2.Able to work independently;
3.Good experience in cross- functional team/department coordination;
4.Good internal audit/ control techniques;
5.Proactive and sensitive to identify issues and improvement opportunity;
6.Effective interpersonal and communications skills;
7.Detail and accuracy oriented with good logical and analytical skills;
8.Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
9.Strong report writing and presentation skills.

Qualifications:
Professional certification (CPA, CIA, etc.) is a plus;
Education: University degree, major in Finance and Accounting or Business Management.
