职位描述

Responsibilities: 

1.Manage and lead the product management team of device connectors

2. Manage and Lead the product strategy for device connectors, including roadmap, customer segmentation, positioning, promotion, place and pricing

3.Manage products from inception to launch based on industry experience, market research, competitive analysis and feedback from customers and prospects.

4.Build deep strategic understanding of market & map out long-term growth opportunities

5.Making data-driven decisions to define and optimize product pricing

6.Work with the engineering, marketing, business development, and sales teams to develop product strategy and prioritize features, help understand the competitive landscape, product positioning, target customer use cases and markets, and define the go-to-market strategy.

7.Gather product requirements from customers and the internal field teams to understand needs and prioritize feature development for product improvements

8.Present product roadmap released features and demos to customers, industry conferences and internally to other groups. 9.Launching new products in collaboration with Design, Engineering and Marketing, BD, and owning a particular product feature or area from inception to go-to-market

10.Independent responsibility for partnering with the Sales team to close strategic customer accounts and handling customer escalations

11.Drive critical cross-team initiatives

12.Establishing technology partnerships with complementary tech companies

 

Requirements:

1.15+ years of experience in product management role in electrical connector and related industry

2.Bachelor and/or master’s degree in electrical engineering, electric, automation, or similar quantitative field, and MBA also preferred.

3.Strong product management skills, experience with client journeys, and demonstrated ability to synthesize and process data

4.Strong Technical background with a keen understanding of broader business needs and strategy, ability to establish credibility with engineers.

5.Knack for gleaning customer insights from quantitative and qualitative data.

6.Superior communication skills, able to communicate complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story

7.Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team within an interactive process and an Agile development methodology

8.Effective relationship builder – ability to partner cross-functionally, cross-enterprise and work effectively with various levels of the organization as well as various personality type

9.Bias-to-action and hands-on experience delivering business results. You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty.

10.Ability to lead and drive teams of diverse backgrounds to ship features on aggressive timelines.

11.Comfort in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment, with a positive attitude and solid work ethic
