职位描述：
As an IT Analyst, you will be mostly responsible for on-site manufacturing applications / devices support and troubleshooting. You will have the opportunity to work both independently or with a cooperative team on application deployment projects that may span multiple infrastructure components or applications.

Duties may include but are not necessarily limited to:
? Be responsible for site manufacturing application (PINPoint, Paperless, VMC, Horiba…) support in the manufacturing facilities. To do troubleshooting, configuration change, upgrading for application clients and servers, including off-shift and weekend support;
? You will coordinate corporate application support team, infrastructure team and vendor to troubleshoot applications, databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle) and Servers (Windows, Linux);
? You will do the required periodically check on application, hardware, software and related manufacturing devices to ensure the manufacturing applications’ reliability and mitigate any risks which will cause Critical, High and Medium incidents;
? Support or directly work on problem root cause analysis and permanent solutions;
? Participate in integrated testing and user acceptance of change of application or infrastructure components;
? You will work as backup resource to do remote support for remote facilities as needed;
? Any other assignment;
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:
? Computer-related or Engineering-related four years College or University Degree;
? 2 years of large, multi-tier architecture application support experiences;
? Understand manufacturing process and can collaborate with manufacturing business partners;
? Basic knowledge on SQL Programming and Database;
? Basic knowledge on Server and Network;
? Basic knowledge on PLC and Automation Technology ;
? Knowledge on PC support;
? Strong communication and coordination skills;
Desired Qualifications:
The following criteria will be beneficial but not required:
? Knowledge and experience with one or more of the following business processes:
1. Strong business acumen on Manufacturing;
2. Strong technical skills on Oracle or Linux;
3. Experience on Digital / Smart Manufacturing;
