职位描述：
职责义务：
    1、建立及完成人力资源部年度目标计划。
    2、建立、保持及保证执行所有人力资源部政策及执行程序。
    3、管理部门的战略规划和发展。
    4、制定和维护酒店人员预算和人力资源部运营预算。
    5、发展、保持、协调酒店内部培训计划，提供有效的技能培训及管理培训。
    6、指导及协调人力资源部活动进行招聘、培训、发展、授权、指导，为所有员工提供咨询。
    7、建立及管理聘用、工资等各项福利计划。
    8、监督员工餐厅、更衣室及每个为内部客人服务的区域的服务质量。
    9、进行本地员工工资及福利调查，提出员工福利计划。
    10、协助总经理在酒店营造和谐融洽的沟通氛围。

个人技能：
    1、友好，始终以客人为中心；
    2、有领导才能和很好的人际沟通能力，能够做出有效的决定；

教育背景：
    学士学位
工作经验：
    三至五年酒店人力资源管理经验

Duties & Responsibilities:
    1.Establish and implement annual objectives for the Human Resources Department.
    2. Establish, maintain and ensure adherence to all personnel-related policies and procedures.
    3. Manage department strategic planning and development.
    4.Prepare and manage Hotel Manning budget and operational budget.
    5. Develop, direct and oversee overall hotel recruitment and hiring activities strategies for all Expat and National Expat positions.
    6.Direct and coordinate human resources activities to hire, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel all staffs.
    7.Maintain and administer employment, salary, benefit and incentive programs.
    8.Supervise quality services in Cafeteria, locker room, and every area that services the internal customer.
    9.Conduct salary/benefit surveys of the local market and recommend enhancements of the hotel’s compensation plan.
    10.Assist GM to build up melodious and harmonious communication atmosphere in the hotel.
    11.This list is not including all work details, family member should complete tasks assigned by his/her superiors.
Personal Skills:
     1. Friendly and guest orientated at all times.
     2. Possesses leadership and strong interpersonal skills and able to make sound independent decision.
     3. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
     4.Knowledge of any work related computer programs.
     5.Math skills as well as budgetary analysis capabilities required.
Education Guideline:
       Bachelor’s degree required
Experience Guideline:
