1. 行政职责
1) 和酒店总经理一起拟订年度市场计划
2) 确保计划被遵循并监督其进展
3) 在必要时更新计划(季度)
4) 监督其团队行政工作
5) 内部沟通(酒店/销售)
6) 文档系统
7) 办公室流程体系
8) 库存控制
9) 本部门内的人员控制
10) 制定销售及行政人员的工作职责
11) 协助其团队并确保团队的高效性
12) 与客户日常通信
13) 日常跟进
14) 销售报告
15) 记录销售数据(销售目标)

17) 更新竞争对手信息

2. 人事管理
1) 经管理层同意,为部门聘用员工
2) 监督员工的整洁度及着装规范
3) 监督员工的工作日程安排的合理性并在不超预算的情况下,确保员工的出勤符合劳动法。
4) 在尽可能不影响部门正常运营的前提下安排员工假期
5) 可以做奖惩决定,但未经管理层同意不得开除员工
6) 提前确定每个季度部门人员编制的预算
3. 人力资源及培训
1) 每年至少进行一次员工培训,并至少进行两次快速评估。
2) 欢迎并培训新员工
3) 对整体的人事情况及精神面貌负责,尤其是制服的统一。
4) 确保本部门内的有效合作和良好的氛围
5) 定期与员工进行信息交流和沟通
6) 确保内部的培训课程有序进行:培训项目,培训章节
7) 确保其提供给员工的培训应在坚持酒店内部标准的前提下有所提高
4.商业职责
1) 保持对产品的了解(客房,饮食以及其他设施)
2) 和总经理一致了解酒店现行房价
3) 密切关注竞争对象的情况(位置,价格,一贯性服务,如有需要可季度性或更频繁);
4) 执行总经理要求的程序和政策
5) 预测未来旅游模式并向管理层提供商业反馈
6) 指导并监督其团队的生产力和活动
5.销售职责
1) 抓住商机,通过电话拜访,私人会见,通信来往等方式和现有及潜在客户保持密切联系,以促进和他们的合作,尤其是企业团体。
2) 坚持已定的市场目标并完成任务
3) 确保销售团队能够预见客人的需求并提供相应的服务,当客人投诉时,应作为酒店和客人之间的调解人
4) 确保有效的售后服务,特别注意已经投诉的客人
5) 指导销售团队,营销推广和礼包
6) 为了酒店利益必须出面协调时,应不超过个人职能权限。
7) 和一些专门的机构如大公司和政府部门保持定期联系
8) 书面落实口头申请
9) 和客人保持联系,并及时向总经理反馈客人对酒店的意见以及时改正
10) 时刻了解酒店的特别项目,推广活动和广告时间表,以便及时分享给客人
11) 在其管区最大程度的扩大酒店的市场占有率
12) 需要时可宴请现有的和潜在的客户以保持长期合作关系

教育背景:
    具有营销,市场或相关领域的学士学位。
经验:
    4年相关工作经验或类似的管理经验,或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. ADMINISTRATION RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Draws up the Marketing Plan annually together with General Manager of the hotel.
2) Ensures that the plan is adhered to and monitors its progress.
3) To update the plan if necessary (quarterly).
4) Oversees the administration of his/her team :
5) Internal communications (hotels/sales)
1) Filing system.
2) Office flow system
3) Inventory control
4) Personnel control in his/her department
5) To define job responsibilities for the sales and administrative staff.
6) To assist his/her team and ensure effectiveness :
7) Daily correspondence with clients.
8) Daily follow ups
9) Sales reports
10) Record of sales statistics (sales objectives)
11) Promotion package
12) Competitors updated
13) Market analyze of the new business.
14) To encourage existing accounts to be our productive account.
15) Comprising monthly Report, Sales & Marketing Highlight Summary of all segmentation,
Sales Activities, Competitor Analysis, and Market Share Analysis.
16) To conduct annual appraisal
2. PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
1) Recruit the personnel for his/her department with the approval of the Managemrnt.
2) Supervise the cleanliness and the attire of his/her staff.
3) Supervise the establishment of schedules for his/her staff in an equitable manner and keep the attendance register up to date in accordance with labor laws and with due respect for the budgets.
4) Establish vacation schedules ensuring that the vacation hinders as little as possible the functioning of the service with due respect for labor laws.
5) May award and impose sanctions but may not dismiss an employee without the Management’s consent.
6) Determine in advance the number of personnel to be employed during each season.
3. HUMAN RELATIONS AND TRAINING
1) Evaluate each member of his/her staff at least once a year and make flash evaluations twice a year.
2) Concerning himself/herself with the welcoming and orientation of new employees.

3) regard to uniforms.
4) Ensure a good atmosphere and efficient co-operation in his/her department.
5) Convene meetings with his personnel at regular intervals for information purposes.
6) Ensure that internal training-courses be organized in his/her services: training-programs, training sessions.
7) Ensure that the said training provide his/her coworkers with improved skilled and that it remains in accordance with the service, the hotel norms.
4. COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Keeps himself/herself well informed about products (lodging, catering and other facilities).
2) Sets, in conjunction with the General Manager, the current rates of the hotel.
3) Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (site, prices, services offered on a regular basis, quarterly or more often as needed).
4) Implements policies and procedures as directed by the General Manager.
5) Forecasts future travel patterns and provided trade feedback to the management.
6) Monitors and supervises his/her team's production and activities.
5. SALES RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Identify business potential and upkeeps close contact with former and potential clients through personal visits, phone calls and correspondence in view of entering into contracts with them, especially with corporate accounts.
2) Accomplish goals and to adhere to quota as set out in the marketing plan.
3) Ensure that the sales team meet cilents requirement and that the client service offered corresponds effectively to their requests. In the event of complaints made by clients, should the need arise, to avail him/herself as mediator between the hotel and clients & guests.
4) Ensure the availability of after-sales services and, in particular, concerns him/herself with clients who have registered complaints.
5) Draws up together with the sales team, sales promotions and packages.
6) Enter into negotiations on behalf of the company as and when required to do so taking care not to exceed the limit of his/her authority.
7) Establish regular contact with major associations and government departments which specialize in corporate business.
8) Confirm verbal proposals in writing.
9) Maintain regular contacts with his/her clients and report any adverse comments to the management for rectification.
10) Be aware at all times of hotel’s special program/promotions and advertising schedule of it in order to deal knowledgeably with clients.
11) Maximize hotel market share within his/her area/territory.
12) Entertain supporting and prospective clients when necessary in order to maintain or develop a long-lasting and growing relationship.
13) Organize and attend trade shows when requested.

Personal Skills:
1. Friendly and guest orientated at all times.
2. Possesses leadership and strong interpersonal skills and able to make sound independent decision.
3. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
4. Knowledge of any work related computer programs.
5. Math skills as well as budgetary analysis capabilities required
6. Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
7. Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
8. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
9. Good writing skills
Education Guideline:
    Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
Experience Guideline:
    4 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
