职位描述：
工作职责 / Job Responsibility
1. 解决维修工作中的技术性问题，负责全厂设备的维修、保养计划并安排实施
To solve technical problems in the maintenance work and responsible for the maintenance implementation and PM execution
2. 负责对有缺陷（包含EHS方面）设备进行技术改造和现有设备的技术升级
To conduct technical renovation and equipment upgrade for the defective equipment (incl. EHS-related defects)
3. 能独立负责对新增设备从技术要求提出到设备验收的整个流程
Be responsible for the whole process of new equipment introduction, from setting technical requirements to equipment acceptance
4. 负责设备备件的采购申请、质量验收、更换使用
Be responsible for the procurement application, quality acceptance and replacement of spare parts of equipment
5. 负责健全落实设备管理制度和备件仓库管理，以及设备技术资料的形成、积累、整理、立卷、归档工作
To improve equipment and spare parts warehouse management system as well as technical documentation management, incl. equipment technical data’s accumulation, archives and filing
6. 管理年度维修预算，确保维修成本控制在预算之内
To well manage annual maintenance budget planning and control, to ensure maintenance cost within budget.
7. 领导TPM，辅导下属及相关人员进行设备维护和故障排除
To take lead TPM, to coach all subordinates and related people on maintenance and troubleshooting
8. 合理安排与协调内外部资源，领导并参与持续改进活动，及时完成WCM相关工作
Reasonable arrangement and coordination of internal and external resources, to lead or participate continuous improvement activities, to timely complete WCM corresponding tasks
9. 24小时响应设备维修应急工作
24 hours support for maintenance emergency

岗位要求：
* Typical Education Level 教育背景：
Bachelor and above, major in Mechanical Engineering
* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills 相关经验技能：
5 years’ above at corresponding position in manufacturing industry
Good English skill (at least written English)
Good office software skills (CAD, Word, Excel)
* Preferred personal characteristics 个性特点：
Good communication skill
