职位描述：
1. Preparing documents to support the shop floor production. This may include but not limited to documents like Job Instruction Sheet, Control plan etc.
2. New equipment introduction and insuring the machine running well
3. Being able to use Statistics Processing Control methodology to improve quality to meet quality goal is crucial to this job.
4. Designing and/ or improving fixtures for current or new products
5. Support new product introduction development and PPAP submission
6. Performing field failure analysis based on requirements
7. Accomplish the assigned tasks to support operational excellence such as 6 Sigma, ISO9001 etc.
为生产线提供适当的技术文件支持。例如工艺指导书, 控制计划等
新设备的导入并确保设备有效运行
用数据统计的控制方法改进质量达到公司要求的质量目标
为现有产品和新产品的生产进行设计改进工装夹具。
支持新产品的开发和PPAP文件的提交
产品失效分析
支持6 Sigma, ISO9001等各项目工作

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor degree or above with major in Mechanical Engineering or Material Science is required. 2015/2016/2017 Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering is strongly desired
2. 3 year working experience as process engineer in mechanical field is desired
3. Good knowledge of quality control.
4. Good AUTOCAD skill.
5. Strong ability of organization, communication and cooperation and problem solving in work site
6. Good command of English both spoken and written
大学本科学历及以上，机械工程专业。2015/2016/2017机械/材料/焊接专业研究生优先。 3年以上制造行业工艺工作经验优选，具备较好的质量管理知识，熟练使用AUTOCAD软件，有较强的组织，沟通，协调能力及生产现场解决问题的能力，英语交流能力较强。
