Position Title: Accountant Supervisor
Reports To: Finance Controller
Location: Nanjing, China
Function: Finance


Function :
-Lead accounting team for overall accounting and tax tasks
-Build up and develop the accounting team
-Assist finance controller to set up and improve finance policy and procedures

JD/Responsibilities:
1.Assist the finance controller to set up the company accounting infrastructure; secure the accounting and reporting compliance with group standard

2.Act as general ledger; make it is in line with US GAAP and PRC GAAP requirements

3.Perform monthly close process, ensuring that the ledgers are well maintained and are closed out in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner

4.Reconcile and review all balance sheet accounts with finance controller

5.Report timely and accurately, provide management with sound assurances that financial records are accurate and reliable and assets are safeguarded

6.Handle all tax tasks, keep it is in accordance with country tax policies and regulations

7.Supervise accounting clerks’ work, check accounting vouchers prepared by accounting clerk, and prepare for accounting positions working instructions

8.Liaise with auditor; comply with the requirements from internal and external audit. Assist in the implementation of strict accounting standards and internal business management control procedures to achieve clear auditing results

9.Assists on financial policies and procedures development, updating and implementation

10.Other tasks assigned

Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills:
-5 + years relevant working experience in manufacturing MNC, at least 2+ years GL experiences
-Good China GAAP and US-GAAP knowledge, group consolidation accounting and reporting skill preferred
-Create finance model with Excel to generate management report
-Basic knowledge of China legal, tax and foreign exchange regulations

Education/Certifications:
-Bachelor degree or above, with major in Accounting, Finance or business related.
-ERP and consolidation software experience, Oracle and Hyperion is preferred
-Excellent Excel skills
-Good Chinese and English bilingual communicaiton skills
-China CPA Preferred ;
