Position : Production Supervisor (生产主管、领班）
Report to : Operation Manager
Location : Wuxi ,then Nanjing
Function : Assists operations manager to develop manufacturing engineering processes regarding machining, heat treatment, welding, forming, forging, casting, assembly and painting etc to achieve lean manufacturing and statisfactory customer complaints PPM etc. Identifies any bottleneck in the production flow and provides solutions to achieve on time delivery.


Responsibilities:
*Develops manufacturing engineering processes, such as machining, heat treatment, welding, forming, forging, casting, assembly and etc.
? Identifies needs for labours, equipments toolings and fixtures based on manufacturing processes.
? Supports on guiding operators to conduct equipment regular inspection according to regular maintenance plan to keep machine downtime rate at a minimal level
? Establishes and maintaines all indispensable manufacturing documents , including 《Process Flow Chart 》, 《PBOM 》, 《Work Instruction Sheet 》, 《Process Inspection Sheet 》, 《PFMEA 》etc;
? Supports production supervisors to perform activities: 5S, Kanban, TAKT, Problem Solving and Problem Avoidance, lean manufacturing etc to achieve on time delivery and customer complaint PPM.
? Implements continuous improvement 20 keys in working area to achieve burden and labour performance;
? Implements 《Non Numerical Safety Action Plan》and《Shift Start-up safety awareness》to achieve《Numerical safety Goals》and 《Non Numerical safety Goals》.


Qualifications/Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, materials, heat treatment, industrializaiton or equivalent.
? 3+ relevant working experience in auto industry, axle manufacturing background be a plus.
? Good understanding and practical knowledge of 5S, SPC, Problem Solving and Problem Avoidance, Pull system (lean manufacturing) and etc.
? Good English and Chinese communication skills, both written and oral.
? Excellent PC skills; being familiar with CAD design will be a plus.
? High personal integrity and strong commitment of ethical behavior.
