职位描述：
岗位要求：
1.全日制本科及以上学历，机械制造类专业，英语四级；
2.熟练掌握制造业产品生产流程和工艺；
3.有独立设计产品的研发能力；
4.熟悉制造业产品的检验要求和方法；
5.熟练使用Office、CAD、Pro-E软件；
6.熟悉ISO9001：2008质量管理体系、ISO14001：2004环境管理体系和OHSAS18001:1999职业健康安全管理体系基本知识。

主要职责：
1.机具类产品研发；
2.对分管产品的图纸、工艺的准确性、完整性负责；
3.对产品的图纸、工艺、工装的转化，设计，编制以及标准化、技术性资料、文件的验证、整改以及培训工作；
4.向资料计量员传递正确有效的生产用图和标准；
5.新/改造产品的试制过程的控制，跟踪与验证工艺的可行性和完整性；
6.材料的选定、下料加工方案的制订及汇总（含排、套料），并协助产品主管对材料下料加工方案的正确实施；
7.制订产品检验（测）及控制方案，制定产品的工艺控制指导(作业指导书、检验指导书、自检卡、工装校验指导书等)；
8.新品刃量具明细表中的刃量具采购计划的编制与汇总，制订产品检验（测）及控制方案；
9.工装的设计、非标量具的设计及制造计划进度的实施工作，了解生产过程中工装的状况；
10.跟踪与验证产品的整体质量情况和质量改进计划的实施进度；
11.确定生产过程中所采用的统计过程控制技术。对通过产品评估所发现的不稳定或工序能力不足的工序，参与纠正和预防
措施或质量改进计划；
12.参与不合格品的评审，及时传递和处理主机厂发布的信息；
13.掌握产品的配套状况和制造进度。 举报 分享

Founded in 1995, Xuzhou BUT Construction Machinery Joint-stock Co., Ltd. is a private joint-stock enterprise specialized in researching, developing, manufacturing and selling of engineering machinery work tools and large& medium-sized steel structure. Currently, it is the national high-tech enterprise, as well as the Asia Pacific's largest, world-class work tools innovator and manufacturer. The company now has two wholly owned subsidiaries: Xuzhou BUT International Trade Co., Ltd and Star BUT (Thailand) Co., Ltd; and Star BUT is an overseas investment project.

With the registered capital of 135 million RMB and more than 600 employees, the company covers an area of 130,000 square meters, among which the plant area is 50,000 square meters.
