Job Title: Product Manager-MVI

Report to: Marketing Manager

Mission:
We are expanding the Marketing Team MVI (Motor Vehicle Industry) and are now looking for a Product Manager Fixtures & SW ACTA for the ITBA Customer Center China. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a person who is looking for new challenges in our strong and professional team.

Major responsibilities:
1.Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
2.Full responsibility for a product/ product range involving product planning, requirement handling, technical support.
3.Be responsible for the financial targets for the assigned product lines
4.Be the specialist on how your product can best be applied to customer applications, documenting and sharing best practices to the sales team and coach sales team to giving product best chance in all markets
5.Create and follow up business plan and campaigns for strategic products, provide significant input into the annual marketing plan, specifically: sales forecasts for products (taking into consideration past history, market trends, competitive activity and required sales effort),
6.In cooperation with Communications workout and ensure execution of effective product launch plans utilizing available resources and best existing and new communication channels.
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
7.Working closely with sales team & project team to meet customer's needs.
8.Make sure the regional product support staff have sufficient knowledge level of your product range.
9.Monthly reporting to MVI Marketing Manager
10.The position requires extensive travelling.
11.Then final but one of the most important ones, you need to love selling.

Candidate profile:

Experience requirements
We are looking for a team member who can contribute to our growth and who strives for long-term development within our global organization.m
Minimum three years experiences from technical support in related industrial products
Experience from R&D, sales or marketing is a plus.

Education:
Bachelor or Masters degree in engineering

Knowledge
Ability to combine technical knowledge with drive to utilize business opportunities.
Fluent English is a must, proven examples of active work within international environment are a major advantage.
