岗位概要: Key Performance Area

To be charge of food manufacturing daily operation and process control.

负责食品生产的日常工作和工艺控制

To insure all equipment and process running stable

确保设备和制程稳定运行

To carry out research project to support R&D product development

开展相关研究以支持新产品开发

To work with other engineers to keep R&D center facility system running smoothly.

和其他工程师合作使研发中心运行稳定

To work with each R&D groups and provide technical support, mainly on lab and pilot plant.

和其他研发团队合作提供技术支持

Also he will keep site facility with safety, QRO requirements and other related departments.

和相关部门合作，有关安全及法规的工作

基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

To maintain trail run process and fulfill RD requirement

管理实验生产和满足研发活动的要求

To be charge of pilot plant reporting system, and figure out action plan accordingly

负责中试车间的报告和行动计划

To be responsible for food safety and human safety in pilot plant

负责中试车间的食品安全和人身安全事宜

Organization of supplier service and maintenance plan

管理供应商和维修计划

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

· Food science and engineering bachelor degree +

· Strong background in food manufacturing

· 3+ years of experience in similar position，3年以上类似工作

· People management skill is plus 人员管理技巧

· Good communication skill 沟通技巧

· Good organization skill 组织工作技巧

· Result oriented with flexible and innovative manner 结果导向的韧性及创新精神

· Willing to work in an operational manner, good sense of safety and security standard compliance 乐于从事运行生产类工作，有安全及保密意识
